Thankfully, your agent should be able to help you out by doing what is necessary to finish up.                      

For example, they will help you fill out titles and transfer of ownership papers that may seem to make no sense to you. They can also make sure that your loan application is properly filled out and give you the insight that you need into more difficult elements of your loan. At this point, you're just about ready to finish up and take possession of the house – except you have to wait for a while.                      

Typically, it is going to take at least a few days before your loan is finalized and fully funded. You and the seller can talk during this period but may not need to anymore. Put simply, you are just waiting for your lender to catch up with you. Once the loan is approved and fully funded, you can move into the home after the seller has vacated it or when they are ready for you to enter. Most sellers will already have left long ago, thankfully.
